Visiting South Wales

South Wales is a spot we love to visit, it feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle and means we can get onto a beach or two, even if it’s a tad chilly. If you’re planning a visit and wondering where to go, here are our top places to go, visit and stay in South Wales.

Gower

There are around 30 beaches and coves in Gower and we really don’t think we need to say anymore. However, we also love that Gower has plenty of walks and natural beauty in the form of greenery, so if you fancy a day away from the beach, that can be arranged too.

Hay on Wye

A small town in the grand scheme of things but it has a notable mention for its love of books and bookshops. If you are fond of the written word then Hay on Wye is a must-visit. We don’t want to spoil it for you by saying too much but trust us when we say it is a book-lovers haven…

Tenby

Sandy beaches, pastel buildings and the perfect seaside aesthetic. Tenby is a family favourite and it is easy to see why. You will find yourself wanting to come back time and time again…

The Mumbles

Think seafood, wine and all things fine, The Mumbles has reinvented itself over recent years and what used to be thought of as a sleepy place is now packed with bars and restaurants with plenty to see and do.

Wales is definitely calling our name after that trip down memory lane and if you’re feeling the same and need a car that is ready for adventure, get in touch with the team at LMC to find one that is perfect for you.
